Jatinder Singh is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York, New Jersey, and South Dakota. She also holds Canadian CPA licensure in Ontario and British Columbia, is a Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and is an Enrolled Agent licensed by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). She has been on the Economic advisory Board for Governor Phil Murphy in New Jersey.

Jatinder specializes in U.S. inbound income taxation, cross-border treaty taxation, U.S. taxation of foreign entities, and multi-state nexus and compliance matters. She has extensive experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and works closely with federal contractors, providing guidance on cost accounting and compliance. She is a frequent speaker on tax and regulatory compliance topics across a wide range of industries.

Her industry experience includes manufacturing, retail, and service organizations, and her client base spans multiple countries. Jatinder is an active member of several professional organizations and has served on the boards of numerous nonprofit organizations. In recognition of her professional and community contributions, she was honored as a “Woman of Note” by the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Born and raised in Punjab, India, Jatinder completed her education at Drexel University in Philadelphia, where she was an A.J. Drexel Scholar. She resides in Medford, New Jersey with her husband and children. Deeply committed to her community, she holds public office as a committeewoman in her town.

Outside of her professional work, Jatinder enjoys cooking for her church on Sundays and is an avid runner and Bikram yoga enthusiast. She is also a dedicated mentor to college students at local universities, helping them navigate their academic and professional paths in accounting.
